Senior English teacher evaluates and approves proposal. If the topic is
declined, the senior will submit a new proposal to the English teacher based
on the date given by the teacher.

Senior gives one copy typed proposal with attached approved draft to
advisor.

his/her Best Writing Sample with justification to give to the advisor
